VI Derm Vitamin C Brightening Concentrate is a corrective treatment for all skin types, this gel provides superior anti-aging benefits. Infused with powerful vitamin C, it helps alleviate free radical damage and discolouration. By working to diminish the appearance of dark spots and promote a brighter, even skin tone. Perfect for all skin types.
Containing only the highest standard of vitamin C, Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate which is a very stable, oil-soluble Vitamin C Ester which has anti-oxidant activity, inhibiting lipid peroxidation. Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate a stable oil soluble form of Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant that stimulates collagen production, is a photo-production, a MMPI suppressing inflammation and inhibits hyper-pigmentation. Topical use can mitigate any damaging effects from UV exposure, shielding cells from any harmful UVA/UVB rays. Studies have shown it to help stimulate collagen production as well as clarifying and brightening the skin by inhibiting melanogenesis (the production of pigment) thereby promoting a more even skin tone and healthy complexion. Unlike ascorbic acid, it will not exfoliate or irritate the skin. Due to no added water, allows for no oxidisation to the product meaning it won’t turn brown.

I love this Vit C gel! Goes on great, feels very nice on the skin and importantly I do not get irritated skin as usually do through using ascorbic acid. I’ve used alongside the vi derm cleanser after cleansing with good results to my skin. Would be lost without now!
