NeoStrata Resurface Problem Dry Skin Cream is a rich cream contains a high level of Hydroxy Acids to exfoliate severely dry, rough and thickened skin such as heels, knees and elbows. Significant improvement has been demonstrated in heavily calloused skin in as little as 3 weeks of once daily use. Developed for the treatment of severe dry skin and hyperkeratotic conditions, such as xerosis, that are not responsive to conventional moisturisers

The highly emollient vehicle of beeswax and skin conditioning oils helps to instantly reduce skin roughness on contact. Ideal for patients with scaling and flaking associated with hyperkeratosis, and keratosis pillaris (rough bumps).

Directions:

Apply twice daily to skin as tolerated. Reduce application to once daily or every other day on sensitive areas such as face, underarms, behind knees, bend of arms, and groin.

Precaution:

Products that contain Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHA’s) may cause initial flaking, tingling or irritation to the skin. For some this may be part of the normal resurfacing process.This generally improves as the skin ‘gets used’ to the treatment. AHA products may be introduced with less frequent use, and application can be increased as the skin acclimates. At first start by gradually introducing one AHA product at a time into your skincare regime. Discontinue use if you have severe redness, itching, burning, rash, swelling or blistering.

It is recommended to apply a sunscreen daily when using products that contain Alpha Hydroxy acids (AHA’s).
