How to Use:

For best results, take one capsule daily before sun exposure. During periods of prolonged or intense sun exposure, such as on holiday, take two a day around 4-6 hours later is recommended for continued protection.

During sun exposure it is important to apply a suitable topical sunscreen as the capsules are not meant as replacement. Always apply a topical SPF to any exposed areas of skin in the morning to prevent sun damage.
