This means that while you previously needed to top up your dosage every 4-6 hours, just one 360° Capsule is enough to last all day.

How to Use:

For best results, take one capsule before sun exposure. Do not exceed the daily recommended dose. During sun exposure it is important to apply a suitable topical sunscreen as the capsules are not meant as replacement. Always apply a topical SPF to any exposed areas of skin in the morning to prevent sun damage.
