You can either use it alone or layer it underneath concealer for a noticeable improvement, this is your choice.

How to use:

In the morning and evening, after cleansing apply a small amount of Illuminating Eye Balm under the eye area only, beginning at the sides of the nose and working outwards toward the temples. Do not apply to the upper eyelids. Then leave to absorb and follow with your daily hydrator for the best results.
